2. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Site, including information:
We collect personal information that you may provide, including: your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, credit card number, and financial information, and records and copies of your correspondence. The non-personal information that we may collect includes your browser type, the URL of the previous website you visited, your ISP, operating system, and your Internet protocol (IP) Address. The non-personal information is not used by us to personally identify you and is not readily usable for that purpose.
The information we receive from your web browser and device is not, in and of itself, personally identifiable. We may also review our server logs for security purposes—for example, to detect intrusions into our network—and we might share our server logs, which contain visitors’ IP addresses, with the appropriate investigative authorities who could use that information to trace and identify you.

This Site collects information in several ways. We collect personal and non-personal information when you provide it to us or automatically, as you navigate through our Site. Examples of this include when you place an order, fill out forms on the Site, become a subscriber (whether on a regular or trial basis), respond to our polls and surveys, give us comments or other feedback, subscribe to our news and updates, send us an email, or purchase a product or service via the Site.
When you subscribe to our service or otherwise make a purchase through our Site, we will collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number, email address, and other information that we request during the registration process. In addition, if you communicate with us regarding the Site, or any of our services or products, we collect any information that you provide to us during the course of our communication(s).

The information we collect automatically is used for statistical data and will not include personal information. We use this data to improve our Site and our service offerings.
4. How We Use Your Information
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a customized experience, to fulfill your requests for products and services (including purchases) or any other purposes for which you provide it, to provide you with notices about your account, to improve the content and overall look and feel of our Site and services, to conduct internal research as necessary, and in any other may we describe when you provide the information. We use your personal information primarily for our own internal purposes, such as providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving our Site and the products and services we offer and sell, to collect credit card payments for subscription fees and other purchases you make, and to provide customer support.
From time to time, we may use non-identifiable aggregate information to better design our Site and to share with select advertising partners, sponsors, and/or affiliates and to assist us in providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving our Site and the services and products we offer and sell. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our Site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to personally identify those individuals.

We may contract with various third parties who help us provide, maintain and improve the Site and the services we provide and the services and products we offer and sell, and such third parties may have access to your personal information in order to perform their services. For example, we use a third party to process payments made to us, and may subcontract out production, fulfillment, analytics, reporting or other operations. We may contract with third party contractors to help us manage, monitor and optimize our Site and the services and products we offer and sell. We may also use third party contractors to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and communications.
We may disclose non-personal Information, in aggregate form, to potential strategic partners, advertisers, investors, customers, and others. You may not opt-out of the sharing of this information.
We also may use web beacons. A web beacon is an often-transparent graphic image, usually no larger than a 1×1 pixel that is placed on a web page or in an e-mail that is used to monitor the behavior of the user visiting the Site or receiving the e-mail.
Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some aspects of the Site may not function properly if you elect to disable cookies.
We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail, and telephone. This also applies when you register for our website, sign up through any of our forms using your email address or make a purchase on this site.
We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as allowed in the section titled Disclosure of Your Information. We will maintain the information you send via e-mail in accordance with applicable federal law.
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mails sent from our organization will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communication from us.
Our emails provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any e-mail they receive from us at any time.
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.
8, How We Protect Your Personal Information
We maintain reasonable administrative, physical and technological measures to protect the confidentiality and security of personal information you submit on or through this Site. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your personal information, we do not guarantee absolute security of your personal information. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the unauthorized acts of others, and we assume no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access (such as through hacking) or other acts of third parties or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control. The security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Site cannot be guaranteed. Further, we cannot control dissemination of personal information you post on or through this Site using any social networking tools we may provide, and you should have no expectation of privacy in such information.
9. Accessing, Reviewing, and Correcting Your Personal Information

If you do desire to obtain a copy of your personal information, you will be required to provide proof of your identity. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. If your personal information changes or if you no longer want to subscribe to or use the Site, you may correct, update or deactivate your personal information and your account through the account management screen, if applicable. 11. Children’s Privacy
This Site is not intended for children under the age of 16, in compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), and we will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children that we know to be under the age of 16. No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal information to (or on) the Site. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a minor under 16, we will delete this information, and/or attempt to obtain parental consent. 13. Opting Out from Receiving Communications from Our Website
